Membership terms

Alfa means experimental
Membership increases selected limits. Alfa reliability remains experimental, including for members.
Price changes
KEG Software provides VikingTools. Your membership renews monthly at the price shown in checkout until you cancel. The current price is not a lifetime price guarantee.
We may change membership prices to reflect costs, taxes or changes to the service. For an existing subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before an increase, explaining the new price, effective date and how to cancel. A longer notice period applies if required by law.
An increase applies only to a future renewal after the notice period. It does not change a period you have already paid for. You can cancel without a cancellation fee before the increase takes effect and keep access until the end of your paid period.
Cancel or get help
Use your account billing portal to cancel. If a price increase exceeds the change in the consumer price index, Norwegian consumers can also cancel without charge from the date the increase takes effect. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or refund rights.
